Data We Collect

Two kinds of data are collected on this site:

  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, visit time, pages viewed. Collected via Google Analytics.
  • Contact data — name and message content you share when emailing us.

This site has no signup, registration, or form fields.

How We Use It

  • Technical data: measure site performance, improve content, understand visitor geography.
  • Contact data: reply to you and discuss the consulting need you raised.

Data is not used for ads, profiling, or sold to third parties.

Cookies and Analytics

Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are used. The following cookies are set in your browser:

  • _ga, _ga_[ID] — visitor distinction, retained by Google for 24 months.
  • _clck, _clsk — Microsoft Clarity session analytics (heatmaps, session recording). Recordings retained for 30 days.

Clarity automatically masks sensitive field content (forms, passwords). You can decline cookies via browser settings. Analytics won't be collected; the site still works normally.

Data Transfers

Data is processed by the following US-based services:

  • Google Analytics — analytics
  • Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session analytics
  • Vercel — hosting and delivery
  • Google Fonts — typeface (Inter)

Retention

  • Google Analytics data: 26 months (Google default).
  • Email correspondence: for as long as the matter requires, up to 3 years.

Your Rights

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Article 11) and applicable GDPR provisions, you have the right to:

  • Know whether your personal data is being processed
  • Request information about the processing
  • Learn the purpose and whether it's used accordingly
  • Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred
  • Request correction if incomplete or incorrect
  • Request deletion or destruction
  • Request that these actions be notified to third parties
  • Object to automated analysis with adverse outcome
  • Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
